I’m here to help you gain mobility in your hips, chest, spine and strengthen and tone all of your tiny micro muscles in your legs and core to keep your body performing at its best. This simple and fluid class lets you workout from home or on the road for those of us pressed for time but still want to stretch and condition our body!

You will need…

  • Mat

  • Block or tissue box for last ab exercise

  • You may want a hard cushion if you don’t have a block to elevate your hands and create more space for you to lift your leg off the floor in front on all fours
