This is a simple and straightforward full body workout with a chair and free weights if you have them. I enjoy for my recovery breaks to keep them short and in this class we are stretching the back our legs and near the end of class our side lateral body with a hip flexor stretch. I enjoyed this class because I felt my muscles being taxed for short bursts of time, which is exactly what I want out of a Fifteen minute workout!
