15 Minute Fit Friday

Looking for a quick workout that will get your body engaged, centered, open, and feeling powerful look no further. These short classes I created out of necessity when life leaves me very little time to stretch and workout, but if I can squeeze in at least 15 minutes a day my mind is more focused afterwards and my body feels energized and ready to take on the day.

What you’ll need

  • Mat

  • Hard cushion

  • 1-2lbs ankle weights
