This full body class will carve out muscle in the back of your legs and strengthen your inner leg muscles as you create length in your hamstrings. We open up your chest, hips and work on lengthening your spine by engaging your core and staying lifted and balanced in your pelvic girdle and low back. The final push will create endurance and strength in your core and arms.
