15 Minute Friday

This class is what I designed to do when I arrive after a long day of traveling. I start off by gently working on hip rotations to check in with my sacroiliac joints/pelvis to make sure they are aligned. If my lower lumbar spine is feeling tight I work on simple twists taking an elongated tuck position and allowing them to flow from side to side usually releases any tight low back issues I may be experiencing. Finally I work my core because our core is our lifeline to keeping our body balanced and happy. You can take this class anywhere and all you need is either a towel to lay on, a carpet or a yoga mat.
