Full Body Stretch

An easy to follow warm up that will get your heart rate pumping and build some heat to get you ready for this fun but challenging class. We're working on toning the upper back of your legs and booty. Your obliques will be working hard holding your leg out straight with an open body (on hands and knee) as you work on activating hip mobility with slow leg circles. I also challenge your upper body flexibility and I ask that you maintain support in your upper back by holding your weight in your arms as you lift your body weight away from the floor. Always listen to your body and lean out of anything that isn't working for you.

  • 1-2lbs ankle weights
