Full Body Class

Welcome back to our 2022 sessions! This unique MGS class will leave you feeling toned, elongated, and grounded. You will be working hard all throughout, challenging the backs of your legs, core, obliques and opening up your hips, chest and side body. Keep up all the hard work you've already been putting in! This is your year!
