This is my last class for the year other than any impromptu classes I release on the gram so to be determined. This class challenges your strength in your ankles (for balance), your core, and hip flexor strength as well as mobility. Your stamina will be put to the test as well so be kind with yourself as you move through each section and pause and take a few deep breaths whenever you need it and then carry on to finish off strong! I'm so inspired by all of you, you keep showing me that anything is possible with a bit of determination, continued and consistent effort! Thank you for being here with me on this journey!
