Full Body Stretch

This stretch based, lean muscle building class, will give you all the shakes, sweats, and feels you're looking for in a workout. You will be working on stretching your hips, shoulders, hamstrings and side body. I include simple and effective ballet arm exercises with some weight for added resistance.

You will need...

  • ankle weights (1-2lbs)

  • free weights (3lbs)

  • chair

  • mat
