This class will get your entire body feeling open, warm and strong! We warm-up the backs of your legs, hips and upper body with a strong focus on controlling your core and finding your balance. Using ballet barre, rhythmic gymnastics and yoga techniques your mind and body will be challenged to keep you focused and engaged all throughout class!
