This 30mins Maison Goldblum Stretch class is geared toward nourishing your muscles with gentle stretches that target generally speaking tight problem areas. Think of areas such as your upper thoracic (upper back), shoulders, side body, quads, hip flexors and hamstrings that due to our patterns of daily life tend to get tight if we don’t invest the time to breath room into these muscle groups in our amazing bodies! My legs were shaking and even though I move slowly throughout this class I built heat and felt very calm and relaxed after class! I hope you will too!
