I created a class that opens up your upper back, works your shoulders and arms. We work on strengthening the backs of your legs and lengthen your hip flexors as you stretch your lateral torso to get rid of any lower back pain! Come join Jeff Goldblum and Maman Goldblum as I guide him/you through this stretch fitness class.

  • 2-3lbs free weights
