This session is fire and you don't want to miss it! Modifications given for any of those challenging positions but I always want to empower you to inquire on your own body with the modifications so that you're working toward that more advanced sequence. We warm-up standing up and go into single leg balancing, leg swings, so grab a chair, or hold onto the wall and keep testing yourself by taking the hands off the wall with each rep to develop those stabilizing leg/ankle muscles! We take the time to stretch that lower back, open those hips and hamstrings! As with all MGS classes CORE is my passion so it's there throughout the entire class!
