Working towards a handstand

A class geared towards deep stretching and creating the strength in your low abdominal muscles and hip flexors to eventually press to handstand or extending your leg straight out and holding it. Your entire upper and low back will be opening up as well as your shoulder girdle.

You will need

  • Chair for balance (if needed)

  • Mat

  • Small hand towels/gliders/sox
