Floor based stretch

This entire class will be down on your mat and is suitable for beginners as I go at a peaceful pace! We’ll Stretch your hips, upper back, low back and shoulders as you strengthen your glutes, back of legs, inner thighs, arms and core!

You’ll need

  • Ankle weights (1-2lbs)

  • Free weights (2-3lbs)

  • Mat
