This class is designed to get you moving for a quick burst of Stretch fitness in only 15 minutes for our super busy friends. Fluid arm movements with deep turned out squats to stretch your hips and work on building strength and stability in your upper leg muscles. We build heat in our arms by adding free weights in the fluid arm movement and shoulder warmup. We don’t slow down until the very end, and go into single leg squats with an entirely straight back leg to squeeze those glutes for a strong derrière.
