15 Minute Friday

You're going to feel this in your legs and booty. I'm concentrating on the legs for the first 15mins and then I'll give you a heads up that this is the end of our fifteen minutes fit Friday, but if you care to continue on with me then meet me on the ground for some more targeted core work.
