Full Body Stretch

This is a very gentle yet challenging Maison Goldblum Stretch class. It works your whole body and trains your stabilizing muscles to keep you centered and balanced. Incorporating leaning camel exercises before going into a camel stretch is a great way to prepare your hip flexors to elongate into a back bending stretch. There are a few days in the month where I need to be extra gentle with my body and not add to much resistance to my training sessions so I purposefully didn't use any extra weight on my ankles for the leg sweeps. If you're feeling extra strong today add the ankle weight by all means!
