Sculpt and Stretch the back of your legs, glutes and maintain a strong core to avoid low back pain. Holding your leg out in front of you while standing on the other leg is challenging so use a chair or a wall for these exercises to get the most out of each sequence.

  • Ankle weights (1-2lbs)
