15 Minute Fit Friday

I've had to slow down recently so in order to regain my strength without injuring myself I am focusing on strengthening the core first. We do gentle active stretching of the hamstrings, hip flexors and upper back. Obliques, glutes and low back strength training with a little bit of resistance from the ankle weights.
