Full Body Workout

This class will challenge your entire body and I am committed to working on extending your range of motion behind the knees, in your hips and upper back. Active stretching happening throughout todays class as we strengthen our obliques, hip flexors, quads and arms.

You will need...

  • Free weights 2x 3lbs

  • Ankle weights 2lbs

  • Mat
