Full body with no impact on your joints

This class will continue to work on creating length in your muscles for a supple, open and balanced body. Using simple, fluid movements and weight shifting to create opposing (grounding and reaching) body movements you will feel stronger and more flexible. I will guide you and give you the notes you need to place your awareness on specific areas in your body that will help you get a deeper Stretch!

You will need

  • A chair

  • Free weights 1-3lbs

  • Ankle weights 1-2lbs
