Glutes and Core
Today we work on heating up those legs, generating heat and building stamina in our quads and hamstrings while also stretching (my faves) our hip flexors. After we've warmed up, we'll take it to the floor and build up a strong core and obliques. We'll finish our session off with a side fold to really release any low back tension.
