Warm-up to wake up the whole body

A warm-up that will wake up your entire body as you heat up your core body temperature getting you ready to deepen your quality of practice with meticulousness and precision. My love for stretching while strengthening my core is why I share these classes with you. You will work on your arms, core and outer hips/glutes.

You will need

  • 1-3lbs free weights

  • Ankle weights ( you can add the ankle weights for an added resistance after our cardio warm-up)

  • A chair

  • A mat
