Strengthen and Stretch

This class is meant to work on strengthening your legs, glutes and quads and stretch open your upper back, low back, shoulders and chest. As with every Maison Goldblum Stretch class our work together will challenge your core and balance so use blocks if you need to bring the floor closer to you and use a wall of a chair if you have a hard time balancing on one leg.

You will need

  • Ankle weights 1-3lbs

  • Free weights

  • Mat
