HIIT series Arms/Side Body/Glutes
I had a lot of fun creating this class and coming up with a new move (on the floor) to really target our side body and our glutes at the same time. We warm up nice and easy and then pick up the pace with a quick arm burn out and, add a short burst of cardio push to really get our bodies warm! If you're ever feeling like you want an option to tone it down, take the plank down to your knees, bend the legs if I'm doing it straight, take a pause- breath and jump back in! You're stronger than you think and I believe in your power!!!
You will need...
10lbs weight (i'm using 10lbs Bala Ring)
Resistance band (mine is medium strength)
mat
water
