A great way to tone and sculpt your arms, your core, and your legs. You will definitely work up a sweat and there is no stressing of your joints so very low impact and to me calming of my nervous system afterwards. I offer variations for more of a beginner level because I always like to encourage you to follow your own rhythm and make your strides happen exactly when you're strong and supple enough. Be consistent and patient with yourself, this all takes time and practice!
