Legs/Abs! Your legs will be shaking and you’ll open up your hip flexors.

This class will get you going and working those leg muscles. Your quads, glutes, and inner thighs will be defined and strengthened. I love opening up my hip flexors so I’ve included some good stretches and exercises to gain more mobility specifically in those hip flexors that work so hard for us. This is a 40-minute class.

You’ll need

-Resistance band

-Ankle weights

-Chair Mat
