You’ve got your 40 mins workout here with Maison Goldblum Stretch! Low impact so it’s easy on your joints and we target your arms and abs but we still reach those glutes and legs with some strength training as well as stretching out your hips and inner legs!

  • Ankle weights

  • Mat
