This is just one of my favorite classes so far because it targets the entire body and in just over 30 minutes. We work on arm strength with weighted ballet port de bras exercise which is harder than it looks but we also go slow enough that it’s easy to follow along. Then we warm up our hips and work on turning our legs out from your hips which really challenges your balance and your hamstring strength. Finally we do some fluid leg movements standing on one leg while holding a chair for balance to carve out the muscles in the back of our legs.
