Quads, glutes and core

This full-body class works on hip mobility as well as hip flexor strength. If you know me, you know I love to work on our core so I’ve included some variations of standing Abs to keep it fresh. *don’t forget your left side for when you’re in a passé turning your knee in, then turning it out to a leg raise out to the side and tap the top of your foot* (I may have done it on one side and not the other).

You will need

  • Ankle weights 1-3lbs

  • Chair

  • Mat
