As part of the upcoming launch of my website, I will be adding Digital Live Classes for you all to access through my new site. This is a test to make sure I've figured out all the technical aspects of it. This class was a lot of fun for me, I really enjoyed the combination of the cardio warm-up, as well as all the leg strengthening through long fluid movements and as always testing and challenging my core strength.
