Wednesday Live
In this class we condition and strengthen our arms, upper and low back as well as our outer hips. I aim to create a balance in stretching the back of your legs, opening the hips, working on hip rotation and building strength to hold positions with steadiness and some level of comfort. A little everyday goes a long way!
