You will be sweating by the end of class today. It will keep you on your toes and apparently mine too as I just realized I forgot to do very last part of left leg split squat, taking your leg from front all the way around to the back. So Please make sure you add that part in there. Once you do the right side you'll know what I mean. Happy Hump day everyone!

  • Ankle weights (1-2lbs)
