15 Minute Fit Friday

Building off of last class, we are strengthening our core, building the smaller muscles to be able to extend your leg fully and hold it out in front of you. Creating space throughout your spine and working on some hip rotational movement to turn your hip out and extend straight. Focus: outer hips and abs

You will need

  • Ankle weights

  • Blocks or a firm yoga pillow

  • Mat
