Full Body

If you're wanting to get sweaty, feel lifted, more elongated, open and still have lots of energy after class, then this is for you! It is a full body workout with a short cardio warm up to begin. Working on our arms before we get down onto the floor, we add some weight (you can either use free weights or wrist weights) for a little extra burn.

You will need

  • Resistance band

  • Wrist weights or free weights

  • Mat
